Sean is a designated Certified Real Estate Appraiser (CRA) by the Appraisal Institute of Canada, He primarily works in Metro Vancouver, focusing on the Tri-Cities (Coquitlam, Port Moody, and Port Coquitlam) and high-end properties on the North Shore (West Vancouver and North Vancouver).
Sean’s extensive experience in real estate valuation enables him to undertake both standard and complex appraisal assignments, including strata apartment units, townhouse units, duplexes, single-family homes, waterfront properties, executive penthouses, and new constructions.
