Bronze plan fee: $990 initial agent setup fee plus ($5000 for homes under $500,000 or 1% of the selling price for homes over $500,000). Silver Plan fee: 4.5% of first 100,000 of selling price and 2.5% of balance plus $490 initial setup fee. Gold Plan fee: 7% of first 100,000 of selling price and 2.5% of balance, no setup fee.
